FE Electrical | PE Power | Study Technique: Pomodoro Technique

If you want to optimize your productivity while studying, it’s important to take regular breaks to rest and replenish your mental energy so that you can return more energized, and this is exactly what the Pomodoro Technique requires you to do.

An optimal ratio of studying time to break time is 25:5, also known as the Pomodoro technique. The Pomodoro technique is extremely famous and used by many high-performing individuals.
